This is The True Blood fan fiction. The story has taken from Season 2 Episode 10. In an existing story, it was a Sookie's dream that she went to see Eric after Godric's true death. In this story, however, that's actually happened and there will be gender switch between Sookie and Eric.

Title : Sookie's forbidden love
Sookie and Godric were on a roof of the vampire hotel, waiting to meet the sun. Godric had chose peace and now he was waiting for the most glorious moment in his life. Sookie looked up at the sky. Last night’s countless stars were already diminished and the sun was slowly rising. This usual natural phenomenon seemed different for her tonight, something special. She knew that Godric also felt the same way, or even more. As the sky tinged with crimson, he solemnly took his clothes off. His body faded away. He was burning. It must be unimaginably painful for him but Sookie could see that he had a faint smile. In an instant, Godric was gone. For a while, Sookie couldn't leave the place but stares where he stood.
Sookie finally turned towards the staircase and descended the stairs back into the hotel. She was getting worried about Eric. Godric was Eric’s maker who turned him to be a vampire. Eric was begging him not to take the true death but Godric’s only word made him stop, “As your maker I recommend you to leave.”. Eric had to stay in his suite.
Even though Sookie had issues with Eric, she couldn't just ignore him. Probably it was because of his blood that he tricked her into drinking one minute last night. Vampire’s blood has several effects on human. One of effects is getting attraction, especially sexually. Once something keeps capturing her mind, she has to deal with it.
She decided to go to Eric’s suite.
The door was already half open. She pushed the door completely open and looked for him. "Eric?" very softly, she called out. When she turned left, she could find him on a bed. Blood tear's running down his cheeks.
Eric didn't notice that Sookie's coming to him, but just felt very soft and warmest hug that surrounding him. That made him relax for a while.
"Godric is gone" he whispered.
"He was happy." Sookie said. Eric squeezed her hand on his shoulder. They were silence for another minute. He looked up her, she was looking down at him. Their lips met in a heated kiss.
Sookie could feel some thing really hot on her hand but she just didn't want to stop this moment. In an instant she grabbed his hand, some electric power's coming out from her hand to his hand.
They spread down to the floor.
"What the.." Eric got up, looking for her. " You okay there, Sookie?"
"Yea.. I am okay. What was that??" Sookie looked around.
The room was fogging around. She could barely see someone in some distance front of her. It must be Eric.
"!!!"
No, the one who stood in front of her was herself.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!" they screamed.
Sookie touched her face, hair and breast. She found herself in his body.
"W,why? w,why we are..?" she was dumbstruck. It was same for him as well.
Eric was getting composed. He grabbed her hand "Let's go back"
They got out of the room. Holding his hand, she was heading to a car park.
"Back..? to where??.. with like this???" she was doubtful of his decision.
"I know some one who can help us" Eric roughly drove car away. He looked so serious she couldn't ask anything more but just hoped that she could hear some reasonable explanation about this situation from there.
He drove into a deep forest. She couldn't imagine that there someone lived. It was early evening but already dark around here and very silence. She could only hear a sound of bird except a noisy from car.
The car was stopped at the old style of house. Before she got off the car, he was already standing in front of a door and knocking. In an instance, the door slowly opened itself. They got in. The house was filled of a strong odour and bottles of various kinds of plant. A old lady was standing in front of them.
"We need your help" Eric finally opened his lips. The lady just listened his all the explanations.
"You are cursed." the witch said.
"What?" they couldn't believe what she just said.
The witch continued her talking. "Vampire and Fairy cannot be together. Vampire's blood has infection to Fairy." and she looked at Sookie. "Even though you are half fairy and half human so the infection wasn't that powerful at first, once you got a feeling for him, his blood reacted very strongly in your blood."
That explanation reminded Sookie when she was kissing him, she felt some heat on her hand. "Can we change back?" she asked.
"Never"
"Never? you mean there is no way to return?" Eric showed shocked face.
"Yes, theoretically, but there is one thing you could try."
"What is it?"
"One of you sacrifice itself and the other one drink that blood under the full moon."
"What?" Eric and Sookie just looked at each other.
What decision do Eric and Sookie will make?
